I took this photo in Plaza 9 de Julio, the central square in Salta.
Turns out I do have email from here, even though T-mobile said we wouldn't. In addition, there are Wifi cafes all around the square. Cafe Van Gogh. Comedor Victoria. City Cafe among others.
Last night, we met with a group of people who form part of INDEI, the organization with which we hope to work while here. One man, Miguel, is a doctor and knows the medicinal plants of the area and their properties. I look forward to talking more with him. He doesn't speak much English, though, so I will have to rely on my pigeon Spanish for now.
Right now, Noah and the rest of the INDEI group have gone to a lecture at the Salta archeological museum, MAAM, and Lila and I are out exploring the town.
There's good reason they call this city La Linda.
You're in Salta. We have a meaningful opportunity that you may be suitable for. Please get back if you're interested.
